Overbooked my appointment and I ended up not receiving a service. Had to provide a credit card for an appointment but was later informed that my credit card was unlinked despite my inaction. Called again to schedule a new appointment which somehow didn’t register in their system. The receptionist tried to shift blame onto me for not following up, even though I explained I called on a different day, and was unapologetic. Extremely unpleasant experience - will not return.
Adore this place, been a patron for 4 years now. Kaden gives top-notch haircuts. He’s highly focused and always ensures your hair complements your face shape perfectly.
Thank you Kaden and the team for my fresh hair color! Service I had: 5 weeks old dark root bleach + toner (5 hours, had to leave early due to personal reasons, but I’m still pleased with the color even though it's incomplete). I can see that Kaden is a skilled perfectionist and he’s striving to achieve the color I desire. I’ve visited numerous hair salons and even attempted the process myself, so I can confidently endorse the service here! Will definitely return!
