While they don't offer couple's rooms, we both finished our massages simultaneously in separate rooms. I'm leaving this review considering it's a fledgling venture, as I believe they've been operational for less than a month. The massage experience was delightful! It seems like I had two different massage therapists; one appeared to be less seasoned while the other exuded expertise. Upon entering the cozy room, you're instructed to disrobe to your undergarments and lie facedown with your face in the cushioned opening of the massage table. Everything was going well until the lash technician finished and I noticed that the lashes were longer than I wanted. She mentioned that she had used a mix of medium and small lashes. Without consulting me, she proceeded to trim them, resulting in a tacky appearance. I left the salon feeling unhappy with the outcome, despite spending $40 on the lashes alone (and nearly $70 in total). Although I still tipped her $6, it seemed like she expected more. I strongly advise against booking wedding hair at this salon. I was utterly dismayed by how the proprietor styled us bridesmaids. Despite spending a significant amount of money here, we had to completely redo our own hair just an hour before the wedding. She was curt and pushy with all of us, leaving us uncomfortable to voice our concerns and request hair fixes. It is unbelievable that a professional would allow such subpar hair to leave their salon. If I could, I would give this salon zero stars. Here is the photo I provided for inspiration and the actual outcome of my hair. I thought it was a joke when she claimed I was finished and hurried me out of the chair. She owes the bride a refund. I am awaiting the owner's response, expecting her to shift blame onto us as seen in previous negative reviews. There is no justification for this level of service.About
