I have visited this establishment multiple times, and the staff has always been welcoming. However, my last visit on Friday left me feeling disappointed. I went in for eyebrow threading, upper lip waxing, and individual eyelash extensions. Everything was going well until the lash technician finished and I noticed that the lashes were longer than I wanted. She mentioned that she had used a mix of medium and small lashes. Without consulting me, she proceeded to trim them, resulting in a tacky appearance. I left the salon feeling unhappy with the outcome, despite spending $40 on the lashes alone (and nearly $70 in total). Although I still tipped her $6, it seemed like she expected more.
