I had a dreadful time. I visited for a lash lift that typically lasts 45 mins, but it dragged on for over 90 mins. The technicians kept tending to other clients, prolonging the process. In the end, the glue got stuck to my lashes. The technician struggled to remove it, causing me discomfort. Two other clients who arrived during my appointment also left dissatisfied with the service.
Taxes are calculated based on a percentage, not a fixed rate that businesses can set arbitrarily. Though my tax amount was lower, I was so disheartened by the experience that I chose to pay and depart.
The facial I had yesterday was outstanding! The service was exceptional, leaving me feeling revitalized and invigorated. The staff was highly professional, and the ambiance was soothing. A definite 5-star rating for an exceptional facial service! Highly recommended!!
