This spot is perfect for teaching kids about self-care and indulging themselves occasionally. I adored how the staff were amiable and could chat with the kids about anything, making it seem like they were old pals. The spa was impeccably clean. The staff provided clear guidance on each step of the process and were extremely gentle. One standout feature was the delightful scent of the products! It was almost tempting to taste them. My daughter and I opted for the facial, manicure, and pedicure packages. As we selected the lemon butter and sugar rush packages, we had the choice of creating a shower gel, scrub, or lotion. Make sure to bring your child here at least once! And don't forget to grab your milk (regular/strawberry/chocolate) and cookie (sugar/chocolate chip) at the end of your visit!
I reserved a spa package at Milk & Cookies for my daughter's 6th birthday. The staff were welcoming and made her feel like royalty. Isabelle attended to my daughter, and she did a fantastic job.
I am thrilled we visited this place. We reside in the state of Illinois and were trying to avoid heading to the city. However, we weren't impressed with the reviews for any kid-friendly spots in Cook County. We arrived here on a Saturday morning, no traffic at all! My sibling and I took our daughters for their initial hair trims. Blu was INCREDIBLE! The process was swift, she was exceptionally patient, and the girls looked fantastic. The Baby's first haircut package included a trim, cookie, milk, and a certificate with a lock of their hair. Even though they are turning 4 and haven't had trims before, it was lovely that this option was still available. Absolutely adorable! The venue was spotless, and the girls adored all the toys. She even added some glitter to their hair! We will definitely return!
