I’m extremely particular about nail salons due to my sensitive cuticles and low pain threshold in my hands and nails. I also feel guilty for subjecting my nails and skin to buffing, filing, and harsh chemicals during a manicure. My visit to Lunula was a game-changer. They exclusively use organic products, and my manicurist was incredibly gentle and meticulous. The salon exuded a serene and calming atmosphere; the scents, decor, and energy of the manicurists all contributed to a perfect setting. After my polish dried, I was pleasantly surprised by a follow-up to ensure my experience was satisfactory and a final cold water rinse to preserve my beautiful manicure. I was informed about their 7-day polish policy, where they offer complimentary touch-ups for any chipped nails - mind blown! This was a first for me, and I left completely satisfied with the service. I’ve already scheduled my next appointment because of the exceptional care I received. The photo attached is from day 5 of my manicure.
The salon was impeccably clean and had a lovely ambiance. My nail technician was named Sam. She was incredibly attentive to my preferences and even offered me a choice of water or tea. The staff made me feel very welcome. It was my first time trying dazzle dry, and I was amazed at how convenient it was since it dries in just 5 minutes. For my manicure, I requested a simple design for a natural, minimalist look. Sam did an outstanding job, being very gentle and showing a keen eye for detail. I would describe her as a perfectionist.
Scheduled a manicure at this salon on a Friday before my vacation, and today, being Wednesday, my nails still look flawless. I’ve never had a non-gel manicure last this long. I am thoroughly impressed and will definitely return. I had my appointment with Riley - she was fantastic.
