I recently had a pleasant experience during a walk-in appointment 5 days ago. My session with Jackie was professional and informative, but I must give a 3-star rating due to a lingering stinging sensation on my inner right thigh, causing concerns about potential infection. Additionally, I noticed excessive hair left after my Brazilian wax. I would consider returning only if I could work with the original service provider. While Jackie was kind, I was not completely satisfied with the outcome.
My visit to the Grand Central location was truly exceptional. Aaliyah provided thorough and professional service, offering all necessary information. I highly recommend her services!
