Today was my first visit to this salon for a full set of acrylics, and I was impressed by the excellent service. They charge a bit extra for longer nails, but it's worth it because they do a fantastic job. My nails look stunning, and the technician took the time to ensure they were done exactly how I wanted. I will definitely be returning. (:
I gave this place 3 stars mainly due to the great pricing. However, during my gel manicure, the male technician had a strong cigarette odor that I usually try to avoid but couldn't in this case. Although he put in effort to make my nails look nice, his shaky hands caused the polish to be messy and get on the cuticles. Thankfully, I chose a light pink color instead of a bright red. I plan to try a different technician next time to give this place another chance. The cleanliness is average; I prefer when tools are either in a plastic bag or sanitized in an oven, which wasn't the case here. You get what you pay for. The gel nail service was $20 instead of the usual $25 I pay, but perhaps paying more for a cleaner and smoke-free environment would be worth it.
A wonderful nail salon with reasonable prices, a wide range of colors, friendly staff, and a clean environment. The quality of the manicure and pedicure can vary depending on the technician. Unfortunately, my service felt rushed today, which was disappointing. Overall, my experiences here have been better than this.
