When it comes to acrylic nails, this salon falls short. While their gel services are passable, acrylics are a different story. The manicurist ended up cutting me in two places due to rough filing. I had to point out errors in the nail leveling process, resulting in a bumpy and uneven finish. Even the nail polish application was subpar, leaving my nails looking bulky and far from smooth.
This nail salon is a disappointment. Despite the friendly staff, there are multiple reasons why it's not worth your money. The primary concern is their disregard for health guidelines. I've witnessed them using unwashed products on clients more than once. Additionally, the manicurist who attended to me was in such a rush that she ended up cutting my thumb (as evident in the photo). I tried to give this place a chance, but unfortunately, it falls short as a quality nail salon.
I decided to have my gel manicure removed at this salon since my usual spot was closed. However, it was a decision I regret. The individual handling the removal process completely damaged my nails to the extent that I had to trim them all off once I returned home. They were left scraped, with visible scratch marks, and felt brittle and weak. I've been getting gel manicures done elsewhere for years, and never before have I experienced such mishandling that led to bruising. What kind of practices are they employing here?
