I adored how the staff were amiable and could chat with the kids about anything, making it seem like they were old pals. The spa was impeccably clean. The staff provided clear guidance on each step of the process and were extremely gentle. One standout feature was the delightful scent of the products! It was almost tempting to taste them. My daughter and I opted for the facial, manicure, and pedicure packages. As we selected the lemon butter and sugar rush packages, we had the choice of creating a shower gel, scrub, or lotion. Make sure to bring your child here at least once! The salon was uncomfortably warm due to no air conditioning, and Pooja rushed through the procedure, neglecting to show me the final result or inquire about my satisfaction. I couldn't even assess the outcome properly as she hurried me to the checkout. I can't vouch for other staff members, but I strongly advise against booking an appointment with Pooja. Really beautiful courtyard and interior - one of the nicest places I’ve ever gotten a haircut. They’re so kind here too and make a wonderful coffee. Riley is the best stylist in the country, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. I visited to get a men's haircut for my long hair. The barbers were very professional, gave me the perfect fade on the sides, and cut the exact length I requested. I felt understood as they explained the exact steps they would take and provided helpful suggestions. It's a cozy salon but very efficient (I was finished in about 40 minutes for a cut, shampoo, and blowout!) and the prices were reasonable for the area (it cost me only $50 excluding tips which must be in cash). Walk-ins are not accepted, appointments must be made which isn't too inconvenient.
