I've been a regular patron here for a couple of years now and have always been satisfied with the service. My initial stylist moved on to pursue further education, and now I am in the capable hands of Mary. She is truly exceptional and delivers a fantastic haircut! Recently, I decided to go for a shorter style, but it wasn't quite as short as I had envisioned for my desired look. Mary graciously accommodated me and welcomed me back two days later to ensure my haircut was precisely what I wanted!
I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment. I ended up spending $250 only to have my hair severely damaged and was told to "just wear a hat" to cover it up because of their mistake. The staff was incredibly impolite when I requested a refund, which they refused to provide. As I left the salon, Tanna, the individual who worked on my hair, allowed me to leave with half of the dye still in my hair and suggested I go buy a specific shampoo to improve the appearance. When I brought up the issue to Mary, the manager, she was extremely rude and unhelpful, showing no empathy for the damage done to my hair. They should have been knowledgeable enough to inform me if they were unable to achieve the color I desired. I strongly recommend avoiding this place altogether. My experience was truly awful.
I am absolutely thrilled with the service provided by my stylist Tylyn. Since relocating, I have struggled to find someone I can trust with my hair, and I am delighted that I took a chance with her. I will definitely be returning as she does exceptional work!
