Upon showing her the first image, she immediately exclaimed, "Oh, funny bunny!" Lynn flawlessly matched the exact color I desired and her precision in creating the initials was impressive. She meticulously measured the length of each nail, making adjustments as needed. Despite her 17 years of experience, she humbly admitted, "I struggle with that. I'm not perfect." I reassured her that it was a minor issue easily rectified. Although I live an hour away, I would gladly return due to the consistently positive experiences.
