Today, my mother and I had our nails done together. Unfortunately, Jason, who attended to my mom, did not secure the tips properly, resulting in nails that are not lying flat and are turned up. Despite requesting a square-round shape, she ended up with a visibly crooked round shape. Jason did not follow her filing instructions or any other preferences. She disliked the outcome so much that she plans to remove them tonight, and we left feeling dissatisfied. Initially quoted $45, she was charged $60, adding to her disappointment and leading her to tears in the car. We are not pleased with Jason's work. On the other hand, Kim executed my nails perfectly, adhering to all my requests, and they look fantastic. Update 1/2/2021: After 3 of my nails had peeled off, Taylor fixed them at no extra charge. Still won't be back but appreciate the effort.
