Their previous negative reputation should have been a warning sign. They do not thrive in salon environments, a fact that should have been apparent to me. Save your money and steer clear of this place. It's disheartening to see women tearing down other women like this. Both Maddie and Lizzy blocked me after I requested Maddie to rectify her mistakes. The outcome was far from a balayage. Maddie lacks the necessary techniques for proper blending and needs to improve her foil work. She seems to rely on quick, lazy highlights, which were barely noticeable on my dark hair until it was too late. Maddie's approach to foils is lackluster, and the lack of proper blending is evident now that it's too late. The exorbitant charge for my hair length was unjustified. Their inability to handle and resolve issues professionally will eventually catch up with them in their careers. This could have been a valuable learning experience if handled differently. Even if you are specifically going to see Lizzy, I would advise against it. She lacks customer care and leadership skills.
