This is the finest nail salon I have visited. They dedicated ample time to the pedicure. They provided a thorough massage, performed a meticulous pedicure tending to each toe, and removed dead skin while trimming the nails on all sides as needed. I will revisit this place. I am greatly impressed by the service and warmth.
From the instant we entered, we felt embraced! Alex is incredible and so is everyone on staff. We were informed about the VIP pedicure and I must say, it was heavenly! We were served a drink and could watch whatever we desired on the TV, being treated like royalty. The chairs offered a full-body massage! Think of it as first-class on an airplane. Emma did my manicure and did an outstanding job. Owen did my pedicure and excelled at massaging, leaving my nails looking fabulous! Thank you, Alex and team for a delightful experience! We will definitely return!
I am not one to make a fuss or single out anyone. However, the service I experienced today was dreadful. My nails are bumpy, quite misaligned on various fingers; not the shape I desired, and unevenly painted, yet I was still charged $100 for them. The individual performing my pedicure painted my toes before completing the rest of the service and wiped away most of the glitter polish while exfoliating. I will not return and will caution others. Not representing every nail and pedicure technician who works there but I was disappointed twice today.
