A long-time patron of this salon since its days in Bonney Lake. They always welcomed walk-ins with a smile. Visited with my granddaughter on a Monday afternoon, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff was rude, and the nail work was subpar despite the high cost. Two technicians took about 30 minutes for almost $100 with tip. Will seek out a salon that values customer service.
