I had my consultation with a new client today and was quoted $375 for a full highlight, which was within my budget. Alex, the hairstylist, assured me she could achieve the exact color tone I desired. Luckily, a last-minute slot opened up, and she managed to schedule my appointment for later in the day instead of waiting a few days. The color treatment was fantastic, the salon was clean, and the staff were friendly. I was thrilled with the blonde highlights, she did an excellent job. However, when it was time to settle the bill, I was shocked to see a new total of $575. I was never informed about the additional $200 charge during my appointment, and I found it unreasonable to suddenly face a 53% price hike without prior notice.
Andrew is a hair genius! I absolutely adored the haircut he gave me. His straightforward and honest approach to my hair needs was refreshing and much appreciated. Being very particular about my hair, I was impressed by his skills.
