The proprietor knows how to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure everything runs punctually. The establishment is impeccably maintained and efficiently operated. I had my consultation with a new client today and was quoted $375 for a full highlight, which was within my budget. Alex, the hairstylist, assured me she could achieve the exact color tone I desired. Luckily, a last-minute slot opened up, and she managed to schedule my appointment for later in the day instead of waiting a few days. The color treatment was fantastic, the salon was clean, and the staff were friendly. I was thrilled with the blonde highlights, she did an excellent job. However, when it was time to settle the bill, I was shocked to see a new total of $575. I’m fuming! My 14-year-old son and his 16-year-old friend went here for a manicure on a walk-in basis. They were informed of a $5 service charge on top of the $25 manicure cost. Firstly, $25 for a basic manicure without polish removal, gel, acrylic, or intricate designs seems steep. But adding a $5 service charge is unacceptable. I suspect they pre-charged a tip. I will be lodging a complaint with the BBB tomorrow!
