I’m fuming! My 14-year-old son and his 16-year-old friend went here for a manicure on a walk-in basis. They were informed of a $5 service charge on top of the $25 manicure cost. Firstly, $25 for a basic manicure without polish removal, gel, acrylic, or intricate designs seems steep. But adding a $5 service charge is unacceptable. I suspect they pre-charged a tip. I will be lodging a complaint with the BBB tomorrow! This behavior is disgraceful.
