I've visited this salon multiple times and have generally had positive experiences. They are usually prompt, work efficiently, and I've always been satisfied with the results. This recent fill appointment has become my favorite so far. While the staff's English proficiency is limited, they are accommodating when you communicate your preferences or request adjustments. My only issue was the unexpected increase in cost compared to my previous visits. Although it may have been due to the price of the polish, this change was not clarified. I was somewhat surprised to pay almost the same amount for a fill as I did for a full set.

If there were an option to give zero stars, I would have selected it. I requested a specific nail style, only to be told by the technician not to be too particular. As a customer, I believe my preferences should be honored. However, the end result was thick and uneven nails, prompting me to seek correction at another salon. I strongly discourage anyone from patronizing this establishment due to the unprofessionalism displayed.

I typically refrain from leaving negative feedback, but my recent visit here has left me extremely disappointed. My regular nail salon was fully booked, so I decided to try this place for convenience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst nail experience I've ever had. Despite informing the nail technician that I had engagement photos scheduled, she rushed through the service, resulting in nails of varying sizes and shapes. I now have no time to have them redone before the photoshoot, so I'll have to live with them. To make matters worse, I was charged extra without explanation. If I had inspected them more carefully before leaving, I wouldn't have paid for such poor quality. Spending $85 on this subpar service was truly disheartening. I advise against wasting your time and money here.
