The positive atmosphere and professionalism in the salon are commendable. Amelia, my nail tech, has elevated my nail game with her expertise in Hard Gel. Thanks to her, my natural nails have never been healthier. The dedication to quality and creativity at this salon is truly impressive. I eagerly anticipate each visit. I had high hopes, but unfortunately, I left feeling let down. While Olivia was very pleasant, her Brazilian Wax service fell short of expectations. To add to the disappointment, it was my first time getting this treatment. The pain was excruciating, which I anticipated, but what I didn't expect was to see hair the very next day. By the second day, there were numerous hairs visible. When I called to address this, I was offered a limited window to come back for a correction, which inconvenienced me as it had to be done on her terms, not mine. I initially scheduled my appointment on a day off and requested Olivia to be more accommodating for a subsequent off-day appointment, but she declined. The stipulation of it having to be within 3 days seemed unfair since the inadequate service was not my doing.
