AS A REGULAR CLIENT WHO PAYS MONTHLY FOR MASSAGES, HAVING MY APPOINTMENT CANCELED LAST MINUTE IS UNACCEPTABLE! Are you saying there was no other therapist available, so you had to inconvenience me by canceling when I really needed the massage? This establishment is a complete joke! I don't care if the therapist was ill; find a replacement. If I had canceled, you would have charged me. So, it's absurd that you can't find another therapist for me.
I absolutely adore my massages with Tish. Visiting my masseuse every month leaves me feeling fantastic. The pricing is fair, and the ambiance is delightful. I don't think I could ever give up my massages. Thank you, Tish, and thank you to Massage Envy in Eastgate.
I cannot recommend this place. I used to, but not anymore. I had a wellness package for three years. I canceled it today, on 4/12/24. This is the third time they auto-scheduled me when my regular therapist was unavailable. I only found out because of a confirmation text. They scheduled me with a male therapist without my consent. Are you seriously telling me that with all this technology, they couldn't see that I haven't seen a male therapist before? When I called, they couldn't even tell me when the appointment was changed.
