Are you saying there was no other therapist available, so you had to inconvenience me by canceling when I really needed the massage? This establishment is a complete joke! I don't care if the therapist was ill; find a replacement. If I had canceled, you would have charged me. So, it's absurd that you can't find another therapist for me.
