Alex is incredibly talented, versatile, and offers late hours for convenience. Despite my slight tardiness for the appointment, Alex was gracious. Even though my delay caused a 10-minute overrun into the next appointment, the client left. His impatience was evident as he departed within minutes. Nevertheless, Alex displayed remarkable patience. It's likely he wouldn't have been a good client anyway, given the rude and offensive texts he sent. Regardless, I encourage booking with this talented individual; she has a bright future in the beauty industry!
