Absolutely terrible nail salon with poor service. They don't listen to your requests and only care about money. The service is rushed, dirty, and rude. I left in the middle of a pedicure due to the awful experience and went elsewhere the next day. Save your money, it's not worth it.
After trying various salons in the area, Red Rock Nails remains my top choice. Scarlet comes highly recommended for her attention to detail, precision, and friendly demeanor. She provides excellent service and is a pleasure to interact with.
I spent $55 for acrylics with polish and they cut my nails too short despite my repeated requests. The paint job is messy and all over my cuticles, making it look like I did it myself. Additionally, they tried to overcharge me by using gel polish instead of the regular one I selected.
