This place is absolutely charming! Serena Roberts is truly amazing!!!! She did an outstanding job with my hair, and her microblading skills are top-notch. My eyebrows look fantastic! She is extremely professional and delivers exactly what you ask for. I will definitely return.
If there were a -5⭐️ rating, I'd give it. My mom had a hair appointment yesterday for blond highlights, but all this salon did was bleach her hair with no color or highlights added. The work quality was very poor. In 2022, how can they still use cheap products or just bleach? I will never recommend this salon to anyone and will NEVER take my mom back. It was so bad that I had to dye her hair a darker color to fix it. The picture says it all!!! Extremely dissatisfied. I hope they don't normally treat seniors like this. Terrible...terrible service!!! It was so bad, we could only laugh with disappointment at how awful it looked!
I arrived on Sunday at 7:45 pm when the salon was still open. The doors were locked, and the lady inside told us to use a different door, but there wasn't one. We returned, and the same thing happened. She was with a client watching a movie or something and was alone. Yes, I didn't have an appointment, my mistake, but I could have sworn the maps and website said walk-ins were welcome. Especially at the least busy time? I don't know what's going on, but I would have been fine if the lady hadn't directed me and my partner to a nonexistent door. And yes, we circled the building.
