My hair was styled by a skilled individual who was kind and attentive. Despite the high praise, I had higher expectations for my cut and color. I desired a deep black hue but ended up with a shade closer to my natural brown-black. Although I requested layers, they were not blended well. I had to seek another salon later to fix the cut as my hair grew out. Additionally, I left with a noticeable dye cap stain on my forehead, which, though partially removed, left me with a dark mark for the rest of the day. I appreciate the effort put into managing my thick hair, understanding that all hairstylists, even novices, are on a learning journey.
