Have been tanning for nearly 5 years and I adore the ambiance and the staff. This salon feels like a second home ❤️. The membership packages are fantastic with plenty of perks and discounts every month. I've been tanning for over 15 years and this salon is top-notch.
The young lady who guided me through the spray tan process and explained what to do inside the booth was kind and informative. My tan turned out beautifully, just as she had described. I called ahead to ensure the booth was operational and I didn't need an appointment. While I find the prices a bit steep for a spray tan, the salon is impeccably clean and well-appointed, with a wide array of gifts, apparel, footwear, and jewelry available for purchase. It's a wonderful spot to get a lovely spray tan and protect your skin from the sun💓
The proprietor displays a hostile and disdainful demeanor towards clients and potential revenue. Check out the numerous negative reviews on Facebook. I phoned (in October of 2017) to suspend my membership for a few months and was assured that it was done. However, the following month I was billed again. Upon contacting them, I was instructed to visit the salon to sign the cancellation form, which I did by the end of November. Four months later, I am still being charged, and they claim that the owner said I did not complete the form correctly! I followed the instructions given by the staff, and the owner knows I was there because I was quite upset about being charged for services I wasn't using. Stay away from this establishment!
