I messaged Him a video beforehand inquiring if they can do highlights for blending SALT-AND-PEPPER HAIR. They replied YES! So I scheduled an appointment, but the outcome was not what I had requested😓😥 After the fact, they informed me, “Your hair is too dark, it's a process” WHY DIDN'T THEY TELL ME THIS WHEN THEY SAW ME FIRST!!! and explain that IT WAS A PROCESS and let me decide!!
Kesha gave my son his birthday perm. His hair is extremely thick and long, making it a lengthy process to wrap, but Kesha persevered and did an exceptional job. He claims it is the best perm he has ever received.
