I had a conversation with Khrisha over the phone regarding facials suitable for my skin. She provided detailed advice on the best facial treatment and recommended skincare products for pre and post-facial care at home. Her thorough recommendations displayed her dedication to her profession and expertise as a skincare technician. Anyone visiting life spa and encountering her would be in excellent hands!
Khrisha's exceptional expertise and individualized approach in addressing my skincare concerns were outstanding. She tailored the perfect bespoke facial for optimal outcomes. I wholeheartedly endorse her services and eagerly anticipate booking with her again.
I am dismayed to have to rewrite this evaluation. They inexplicably erased their initial review. My spouse visited for a routine eyebrow waxing, only to have the technician inadvertently cause a significant patch of skin to peel off just beneath the brow. Despite my wife's discomfort and inquiries, the technician merely dismissed it, claiming it would improve within 30 minutes or to apply Aquaphor if not. Upon leaving, my wife mentioned the burning sensation once more, and the technician advised her to call directly if it did not subside. Upon returning home, the redness faded, revealing a noticeable absence of skin. Attempts to contact them were futile as they were closed for the weekend. The area turned into a scab, which is still healing two weeks later. Such an experience should not occur at a spa. A simple apology would have sufficed, yet they chose to erase the review.
