I recently had a facial at a hand and stone and it was incredibly rejuvenating. The ambiance was soothing, and the esthetician Sam was professional and attentive. The treatment included cleansing, exfoliation, a massage, and a nourishing mask. My skin felt revitalized and radiant afterward. Highly recommended!
The massage therapist, esthetician and staff were all wonderful and friendly. The reason they lose stars is because it took over a month of me calling to cancel my membership with them. Keep in mind that they require 30 days notice, physically coming in and signing paperwork and meeting with a manager to cancel and even then, it was a stressful process. Overall, if you’re stopping in for a massage, I’m sure it’s a wonderful experience.
Don't come here for the mediocre massages where the gentleman Jordan only rubs oil on you for 1 hr. The membership is a rip off. They made it seem like it'll be easy to freeze account but ends up still charging you monthly to keep membership benefits. And they never have manager there. They say manager will call you but even after you calling back several times, no response. Then when you want to cancel, same thing. You keep calling to cancel but no manager available. No one calls you back. Rip off. They should just ask if you want add on at beginning and respect the client instead of continually making it awkward while you are naked being a salesperson and keep bombarding you by tricking you into buying an add on! Makes you so uncomfortable. Found a new Thai place that just has one transparent in front charge and no sales pitch during massages.
