All Nail's

Terrible experience. The customer service was rude and unprofessional. My nails turned out bumpy and the "coffin" shape was not visible due to their thickness. I wasted $50 here. I requested a different nail technician, but they refused even though there was someone else available. Find another salon; this one lacked cleanliness.

My second visit to this nail salon was mixed. I appreciate the lady who usually does my nails; she does a great job. However, when I brought my daughter for her first nail experience, the man who attended to her did a good job but lacked communication skills. We had to seek answers from another staff member. Despite this, we prefer the service from the lady for both me and my daughter. We value feeling welcomed. Thank you, ladies. We won't forget you and will return.

I strongly advise against visiting All Nails. During my fill-in appointment at around 6:00 pm, I paid $46. Although the price was reasonable, the quality was unsatisfactory. The nails felt bumpy, the polish appeared brown instead of black, and the overall look was uneven. As a paying customer, I believe satisfaction should be a priority. When I asked for a redo due to my dissatisfaction, I was charged an additional $15. After showing pictures of the poor quality, I was rudely told to leave and not return.
