Terrible experience. The customer service was rude and unprofessional. My nails turned out bumpy and the "coffin" shape was not visible due to their thickness. I wasted $50 here. I requested a different nail technician, but they refused even though there was someone else available. I have been frequenting this nail salon for several years now. The staff is welcoming, consistently professional, and they always do a fantastic job on my gel nails. I can sometimes go up to 4-5 weeks before needing a fill, which is impressive. My child had a 9am appointment for a blowout and pink highlights. The session concluded at 2pm, with only 2 highlights, one on each side of her face, and a total charge of $405.00!! Something seems amiss! The establishment seems to prioritize meticulousness at the expense of the customer. Had I been aware of the extensive duration and exorbitant cost for just 2 highlights and a blowout, I would have sought faster, more affordable service elsewhere! As echoed in other reviews, they levy prices akin to master stylists for those at entry-level. This certainly did not warrant a $405.00 expenditure. The stylist, named Morgan, repeatedly cited a miscommunication regarding the appointment being for highlights instead of pink highlights, which supposedly elongated the process. However, all that transpired was the addition of 2 highlights and a blowout, stretching the session from 9am to 2pm. It appears as if they deliberately prolonged the service to inflate the bill due to the alleged scheduling error. Despite my internal frustration, I opted to settle the bill to spare my 12-year-old daughter any distress.
