Lilly insisted on me filing my own nails after I asked her to fix two nails she filed unevenly. I ended up having to apply my own lotion as well. Why am I paying for a service if I have to do part of the work myself? Should I just accept unevenly filed nails and stay silent while still leaving a tip? I won't be returning there. Also, she doesn't accept credit cards, which is unacceptable as she doesn't have a sign up or inform you beforehand. Extremely unprofessional. Furthermore, she struggles with English and doesn't comprehend customer requests. A frustrating experience indeed.
Seriously, this nail salon is top-notch! Lily has been taking care of my nails for more than a year, and her work is exceptional!
