Despite the crowd, they provided me with quick service.
I've been getting my nails professionally done for years. I visited from another state hoping for a nice full set with a single color as a first-time customer at this salon. Initially, the thumb nail was too small. I informed the nail technician "Daniel" as he introduced himself, on how to adjust the thumb nail to cover more surface area. However, he disregarded my advice and proceeded with the nails. I had to explain how the nail would break if he built up the acrylic just to cover the surface area. Reluctantly, Daniel changed to a different size nail. He seemed displeased that he had to correct the issue. After fixing the size, Daniel continued with the full set. Following the acrylic application, he filed the sides of the nails but neglected to buff them, resulting in a messy acrylic application visible and felt once the polish was applied. There was overflow under my nail from the acrylic. When I asked him to remove it, he only filed the side a bit more, inadvertently removing the polish. I paid $57 for this disappointing full set. I requested to speak to the manager to fix the acrylic overflow, but he refused, claiming I was being difficult. They tend to talk over you and act like they don't understand when you finally get them to listen. I believe that individuals should be fluent in English and use it as their primary language to operate a business in America, as per my personal opinion.
I was seated promptly, and the nail technician who attended to me was very amiable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return!
