Disappointed client... had high hopes for my pedicure, at a spa. The receptionist was very nice, and the place was clean, nice. It was a Friday afternoon around 4. I assume the technician was not thrilled about a later appointment. Not very chatty, did not engage much. Soaked, filed, light scrub, light massage, painted, done. Then left me to dry. Never returned. Sat alone until I left. Worst pedicure experience. 😔 Work hard, treat yourself, and get let down...
I recently had a body Treatment at Pure Day Spa in Stroudsburg. I was anxious about it not meeting my expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is serene, relaxing, and impeccably clean, and the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. The treatment protocol and overall service were exceptional. I am looking forward to returning for another treatment, a facial, and a pedicure 😌. Thank you for the wonderful experience. I have found my new relaxation haven 🏡. We work hard and deserve to unwind and pamper ourselves.
