The office was great, with a friendly team and excellent scheduling. However, to be frank, I experienced significant burns on my lip area during the treatment not once, but twice. It was quite severe, causing my skin to peel off and requiring weeks of ointment application. I faced discomfort and had difficulty even wearing pants. When I raised this issue with the staff, they mentioned it was too late to address since I didn't report it immediately. The lack of accountability and aftercare advice, coupled with the abrupt response from the staff member, has left me hesitant to return for my remaining sessions. While I initially enjoyed the experience, the traumatic turn of events has made me reconsider continuing with the treatments.
