The office was great, with a friendly team and excellent scheduling. However, to be frank, I experienced significant burns on my lip area during the treatment not once, but twice. It was quite severe, causing my skin to peel off and requiring weeks of ointment application. I faced discomfort and had difficulty even wearing pants. When I raised this issue with the staff, they mentioned it was too late to address since I didn't report it immediately. The lack of accountability and aftercare advice, coupled with the abrupt response from the staff member, has left me hesitant to return for my remaining sessions. While I initially enjoyed the experience, the traumatic turn of events has made me reconsider continuing with the treatments. Accidents can happen, but this was a bit too much.

The team was incredibly professional and reassuring throughout the entire process, which was important to me as I was feeling a bit anxious. I would definitely suggest this to anyone considering laser hair removal. The team provided thorough information about the procedure and post-treatment care, which really helped calm my nerves. My experience at this establishment was far from satisfactory. While I appreciate the cleanliness and minimal wait times for treatments, my laser hair removal sessions took a negative turn. Following my second visit, I suffered extensive burns on the treated areas. Upon reaching out to the facility, the supervising physician, Dr. Hu, assured me that the burns would fade with time and adjusted the settings for future sessions. Despite following through with the treatments using the new settings and device, the results were disappointing, with minimal hair reduction and no improvement in scarring or hyperpigmentation. The lack of empathy from the front desk staff, particularly "Debby," was disheartening, especially considering the financial and emotional investment I had made. After 14 months of treatments, I have not seen lasting results and continue to deal with the consequences of burn scars and pigmentation issues. The overall experience, marred by poor communication and unsatisfactory outcomes, has left me questioning the credibility of this establishment.
