I visited a new salon for a haircut due to time constraints. The stylists were unwelcoming, and the one who attended to me was rough. She handled my hair forcefully without proper guidance, resulting in uneven sides. Now I have an event coming up and I'm very dissatisfied.
I had the worst haircut experience ever! It felt like when you give clear instructions to kids, but they do the opposite. Despite the disappointment, I chose not to react negatively. Providing feedback for improvement is essential. Fortunately, hair grows back, and this experience will be a lesson for the salon to do better.
The staff was friendly, and Mikaela did a fantastic job cutting my hair exactly as I wanted based on a picture. I received many compliments, and my friend plans to book an appointment after liking my haircut. The salon is clean and accommodates walk-ins.
