I was accompanying Harper when they were a junior hairdresser and stood by them as they progressed over a decade to become the skilled hairdresser they are today at Studio Mint. We formed a strong bond. However, I was unaware that they had ceased being my client upon their return from a leave of absence. Recently, I tried reaching out to them on a matter, but they ignored my attempts. After numerous tries, they finally responded but in a dismissive manner, implying that I was no longer important. I felt deeply hurt and expressed my feelings. Harper crossed professional boundaries. It seemed to me that Harper only caters to clients who pay high fees for their hair services, which my hair does not necessitate. Being much older, my hair has thinned with age. Towards the end of our hair relationship, Harper seemed less attentive to my haircuts. I didn't address this issue as they were pregnant at the time. I am disappointed that they turned their back on me after all the years of support I provided. Harper is aware that I can no longer give them a positive recommendation.

This establishment is truly exceptional! I received a personalized facial with dermaplaning, a lash lift, and brow sugaring from Morgan and I am already eagerly awaiting my next visit. Morgan was so kind and gentle, and the ambiance of the room made the entire experience incredibly soothing! Prices are very reasonable, and the services are even better. I cannot recommend it enough! Definitely a fantastic place to visit if you need some self-care ❤️
Summer is the MOST exceptional nail technician I've ever come across. Throughout all the years of getting my nails done, I've never encountered someone as devoted to their artistry. The office was great, with a friendly team and excellent scheduling. However, to be frank, I experienced significant burns on my lip area during the treatment not once, but twice. It was quite severe, causing my skin to peel off and requiring weeks of ointment application. I faced discomfort and had difficulty even wearing pants. When I raised this issue with the staff, they mentioned it was too late to address since I didn't report it immediately. The lack of accountability and aftercare advice, coupled with the abrupt response from the staff member, has left me hesitant to return for my remaining sessions. While I initially enjoyed the experience, the traumatic turn of events has made me reconsider continuing with the treatments.
