I have been a longstanding patient here. I had not visited in quite some time as I have been in good health and haven't required medical attention (which is a positive thing). When I called to schedule an appointment for a sinus infection, I was informed I would be categorized as a "new patient" (fine, whatever) and that I would have to wait two months. Two months for a sinus infection. I will be seeking a new healthcare provider, which seems to be exactly what they desire.
Scheduled an appointment as a new patient for my partner. Unfortunately, we missed the appointment by accident, promptly called and apologized, and attempted to reschedule. Was instructed to speak with the office "manager" Jessica. Left a detailed message on her voicemail. After 5 days with no response, called again and left another message. Jessica finally returned the call and denied service to my partner due to a single missed appointment. During the conversation, her tone implied, "Our time is more valuable than your health." Furthermore, missing that one appointment means we are not only barred from seeing the doctor we initially scheduled with but from all physicians at that location.
My primary care physician relocated to this facility. The wait time exceeds 90 days for an appointment - I am an existing patient of my PCP, but considered new to the facility, so tough luck - you're at the bottom of the list regardless of the urgency. I will be seeking a new primary care physician this week, not from this facility. It's disheartening when a patient requires assistance, yet arbitrary rules take precedence over proper business conduct. You're losing more than just patients. And after reading other reviews - I am not the only one, how many incidents must occur before you remember you're in a service-oriented industry? Oh, it's truly about profit, isn't it? I would give zero stars if possible, but I am compelled to give 1.
