I absolutely adore my new hair! It's been nearly 4 years since I last had a professional haircut, and I was eager for a change. Cameron was fantastic, incredibly friendly, and discussed various options for simple and effortless styling with the new look. She also dedicated time to achieve the wavy curls style I desired. The gentleman who did a dip manicure cut my nail too far down and crooked. I expressed it was painful and looked terrible. He just rolled his eyes and walked away. The gracious manager took the time to redo it and added an acrylic tip to fill in the side he cut into my skin. He was also digging at my nails with his own fingernails. So unsanitary. The wonderful manager was still answering calls and assisting clients while correcting his work. He sat there on his phone and did nothing. Tee was incredibly kind and friendly. I adored my sparkly nails and would definitely return. The entire staff was welcoming. I've always had great experiences here. Lisa is fantastic with her pedicures--opted for the lavender spa one. Alex and Jordan worked together on my no chip manicure (showed them a nail pic for inspiration and they nailed it). Photo taken a week post my manicure.
