I visited this nail salon for acrylic gel tips and a regular pedicure. The pedicure was satisfactory, thanks to the gentle and precise care provided by the male technician. However, the acrylic nails did not meet my expectations. Despite showing a reference picture, the design execution was subpar. The technician repeatedly cut my skin, the green gel polish required four coats for even coverage, and the desired French manicure style was not achieved. Previous visits have been better, but recent changes are evident. Disappointed with the outcome, especially since I have an upcoming international wedding. Paying $93 (tax included, excluding tip) for unsatisfactory results is unjust.

My daughter visited for a refill, only to have her nails cut too short and acrylic forcibly removed with a dremel. This experience has led to the loss of three loyal customers. Additionally, my requested gel manicure French resulted in excessively thick lines, resembling the minions rather than the desired style.

Oh my, what a dreadful experience. Visited this place today for a simple cuticle clean. However, upon arrival, endured a 20-30 minute wait only to be hurried through the process in under 10 minutes. The nail technician accidentally nicked my ring finger, causing bleeding, and left a significant amount of cuticle residue. To top it off, the technician, who struggled with English, demanded a tip. I reluctantly left $1, although I felt entitled to a full refund considering the poor service. The lack of accountability and rudeness displayed by the staff is unacceptable. This establishment should reconsider its presence in the industry.
