The team is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and my nail technician, Alex, went out of her way to fit me in between appointments to ensure all clients received top-notch service! The attention to detail and care for customers here is truly remarkable, and the results speak for themselves with beautifully done nails.
UPDATE: The supervisor reached out and assured me they would rectify my manicure. Samantha did my nails this time, and they turned out flawless. Grateful for the prompt resolution.
