I selected this salon based on its excellent online reviews. The establishment was indeed immaculate, and Kate was welcoming. I requested a long bob with subtle layers at the ends - nothing overly complex. I showed a few reference images, we discussed the specifics, but what I received was not quite what I had asked for. The whole process felt rushed. The front appeared shorter, and she styled my hair by curling the ends inward (not how I intended to wear it), making it difficult to gauge the true length of the layers initially. When I straightened my hair at home, I noticed all the inconsistencies, which was quite disheartening. The layers in the front were significantly shorter and uneven.
