I went in for a men’s hair trim and I must say, the cut I received was quite lopsided. Some sections are longer than others, and there were areas that were missed during the buzzing process. The way I was spoken to and treated was not professional at all. I was in and out in under 8 minutes and felt hurried. My hair was left wet after a brief 3-5 second blow dry. While I didn't expect perfection, I did hope for a more even and polished look. I won't be returning for a redo as I doubt it would improve.
A fantastic spot for a speedy haircut or more intricate styling needs. They excel at both!
My brows were severely mishandled. They removed an inch from the front and aligned them with the outer corners of my EYES instead of the bridge of my nose. They also thinned out my naturally full brows, altering their shape to resemble commas. The distance between them was widened by removing the front of each brow, leaving me looking unrecognizable. I felt like a character from a 90s sitcom. I eventually had them fixed at European Wax in Madison.
