I selected this salon based on its excellent online reviews. The establishment was indeed immaculate, and Kate was welcoming. I requested a long bob with subtle layers at the ends - nothing overly complex. I showed a few reference images, we discussed the specifics, but what I received was not quite what I had asked for. The whole process felt rushed. The front appeared shorter, and she styled my hair by curling the ends inward (not how I intended to wear it), making it difficult to gauge the true length of the layers initially. When I straightened my hair at home, I noticed all the inconsistencies, which was quite disheartening. The layers in the front were significantly shorter and uneven. I stopped by to purchase a few skincare products and ended up also having my brows shaped! Phenomenal experience. It was incredibly simple and convenient to collect my order. The lovely lady who attended to my brows did an outstanding job!!!
