My son and I have frequented So Good Foot Spa numerous times over the years and have consistently enjoyed our visits. Recently, my wife surprised us with two vouchers for a 50-minute reflexology session with a sea salt soak. When I called to schedule our appointments and mentioned the vouchers, I was informed that they were only valid for first-time visitors. There was no indication of this limitation on the vouchers. The staff member I spoke to was impolite and abruptly ended the call. My experience was absolutely dreadful. I had made an appointment as a bride with my wedding just a day away. However, the appointment got canceled and I was asked to come in earlier, which I reluctantly agreed to by rearranging my schedule. The spa pedicure was passable, but the manicure was a disaster. Why wasn't a more experienced technician assigned to handle the bride's nails? My nails ended up being uneven, dirty, and dry with no cuticle oil or lotion applied. When I pointed out the issues, the technician filed them down so much that it was painful, and they still remained uneven and dirty. To top it off, I was told it was because my nails were short, which was not the case before the excessive filing. Now, my nails will look like those of a child in all my wedding photos.
