My experience was absolutely dreadful. I had made an appointment as a bride with my wedding just a day away. However, the appointment got canceled and I was asked to come in earlier, which I reluctantly agreed to by rearranging my schedule. The spa pedicure was passable, but the manicure was a disaster. Why wasn't a more experienced technician assigned to handle the bride's nails? My nails ended up being uneven, dirty, and dry with no cuticle oil or lotion applied. When I pointed out the issues, the technician filed them down so much that it was painful, and they still remained uneven and dirty. To top it off, I was told it was because my nails were short, which was not the case before the excessive filing. Now, my nails will look like those of a child in all my wedding photos. I strongly advise against going to this place.
Ruby's is impeccably clean and well-maintained. The ambiance is serene, inviting, and welcoming. The manicures and pedicures I receive here always stand the test of time. Jay, the owner, offers fantastic monthly specials at reasonable rates. Both my mother-in-law and I thoroughly enjoy our visits to Ruby's.
I am a frequent visitor here and I am always pleased with the exceptional service I receive. The pedicure is truly a rejuvenating experience, especially for tired feet. The ambiance is cozy and tranquil, making the whole visit even more enjoyable.
