Just came back from the store, used to be a regular until they hired this new person. The atmosphere was warm, but the fair-skinned girl with braids is EXTREMELY RUDE. Her responses to my queries were unpleasant, and her customer service was awful, making me feel uneasy. I highly suggest visiting Angie's beauty supply store nearby; the staff there is friendly and very helpful, they assisted me patiently in choosing some hair as well.
My go-to spot for daily essentials. No rush, always a personalized experience. Offers a wide range of products and services. Plus, there's a convenient braid shop run by Maria inside. A perfect fit for me.
